Issue

Solution

SecurExchange Corporate Edition provides real-time message content monitoring and analysis to ensure that all internal, outgoing and incoming emails comply with applicable regulatory rules. Using pre-defined Smart Action Triggers emails are processed according to the relevant regulatory requirements, including selectively archiving messages. Using SecurExchange Corporate or Perimeter editions, incoming support request emails from identified users (individual email addresses or corporate domains) are automatically identified and routed to the appropriate support representative bypassing the normal queue and wait time.
