Adds New, Advanced, Policy-driven Corporate Disclaimer and Signature Features For Exchange 2007 Users

Ottawa, Canada – March 18, 2008 – Nemx Software, leaders in active email content control solutions for Microsoft Exchange, today announced availability of SecurExchange AutoContent Edition for Microsoft’s Exchange 2007 platform.  The AutoContent Edition is the first in the family of SecurExchange products to be released the for Exchange 2007 platform.  Nemx SecurExchange is the only exclusively Microsoft Exchange-based active email content control solution and with the release of its 2007 editions Nemx supports all of the Microsoft Exchange platforms.

• Tailor a standardized corporate signature template with personalized information (name, title, phone, email, etc.) directly from Active Directory
• Real-time integration with Active Directory – no replication or synchronization of user/AD information
• Exclude certain recipients such as mobile clients or faxes from receiving signatures or disclaimers to optimize transmission
• HTML, rich text and plain text formats supported, with automatic conversion based on message format
• Selectable insertion points – beginning of message, end of message (i.e. very bottom of message) or end of reply (i.e. immediately following a response/reply in a chain message)

Product Editions
SecurExchange AutoContent is available in two editions, the AutoContent Perimeter Edition enables banners for outgoing email only.  The AutoContent Corporate Edition supports banners for both outbound and internal email traffic.  Both versions enable users to insert text or graphics to either the beginning or the end of the message.  Banners are supported in HTML, Rich Text or plain text formats and automatically convert to the format of the message to which its being inserted saving time and reducing administration.

Pricing and Availability
SecurExchange AutoContent for Exchange 2007 is available immediately directly through Nemx, and its authorized reseller partners.  AutoContent Perimeter Edition is priced at $495 per server (one-time license fee) plus support.  AutoContent Corporate Edition is priced based on the total number of Exchange mailboxes.  For customers with more than 1,500 mailboxes, an Enterprise License for unlimited mailboxes is also available.
