Description
The SecurExchange Referral Program is designed to reward organizations that influence customers to purchase products and services directly from Nemx Software Corporation.
What Nemx Offers
For authorized referrals that result in the sale of any of our SecurExchangeT family of products Nemx will pay a referral fee of 10% of the total net customer purchase price (excluding taxes).
Nemx takes care of all product fulfillment and support.
Use of electronic versions (PDF) of all our SecurExchange product briefs to support your referral efforts.

What You Need to Do
Step 1:
Simply register to participate in the SecurExchange Referral Program by faxing or emailing the attached Registration Form, or completing the form online at www.nemx.com/partners/referralregistration.html
Step 2:
Any time you recommend a SecurExchange product and refer a client to Nemx, complete and send us a Referral Authorization Request form (by fax, email or online at www.nemx.com/partners/referralauthorization.html)

The Fine Print
- Registered Referral Partners must include the one paragraph SecurExchange product description provided by Nemx (upon acceptance of the partner's registrartion) on their website and link to www.nemx.com.
- Customer orders must be received within 90 days of receipt of the Referral Authorization Request to be eligible to receive the referral fee (10%). Orders received after 90 days are not eligible.
- Nemx will pay the referral fee 30 days after receipt of payment from customer.
- Nemx reserves the right to reject a Referral Authorization Request should any of the following apply: i) the product is subject to a return or cancellation or a refund or any other condition that could deprive Nemx of its anticipated revenue, ii) multiple partners have requested a referral on the same order, iii) the customer entity is a pre-existing customer of Nemx, or iv) for any other reason making it inequitable for the referral partner to receive a referral fee.
- Nemx reserves the right to claim repayment for any previously paid referral fee, or deduct such a previously paid amount from future referral fees due, in the event that Nemx, in its sole discretion, must refund, credit (in whole or in part) or provide any other customer remedy with regard to a previously received order.
