That's why both the SecurExchange Corporate™ and SecurExchange Perimeter™ products from Nemx Software Corporation include our flexible AutoContent Manager, which lets you automatically insert a corporate signature, disclaimer or other predefined text or graphics to the beginning or end of a message.

The enormous popularity and usefulness of this feature have made it an irresistible part of our comprehensive e-mail and content monitoring solutions for Exchange Server. But for those who only need this feature and nothing else, SecurExchange AutoContent™ Edition now makes this time-saving, risk-reducing capability available to everyone as a separately priced, individual member of our SecurExchange™ product family.

SecurExchange AutoContent is extremely flexible and granular allowing endless possibilities for its use and application. SecurExchange AutoContent for instance can guarantee that:

• All messages from your accounting department include an appropriate financial disclaimer;
• All outgoing messages have a consistent look and feel to help promote your image and brand;
• Internal disclaimers are used to classify confidential information; and/or
• The terms for special promotions or offers are absolutely consistent, and added to every message sent from your sales or marketing teams.
• A language specific disclaimer will be added to outgoing email based on the country for the originator

SecurExchange AutoContent for instance allows you to:

• Set signatures and disclaimers either company-wide or for specific departments, groups, stores, or individuals.
• Add internal disclaimers to e-mail, including classifying information considered "Confidential" and identifying who can send or receive it.
• Customize a single corporate signature template with each user's name, title, phone number or other properties within Active Directory (AD) or the Global Address List (GC) to create a common, consistent format.
• Allow specified groups or individuals to override or augment corporate signatures.
• Add signatures or disclaimers to text, RTF or HTML at the beginning and/or end of all messages originating from a particular user or group of users
• Exclude certain recipients such as mobile clients or faxes from receiving signatures or disclaimers based on email addresses in the "To:" field
• Add signatures / disclaimers with graphics and color to RTF or HTML messages with automatic conversion depending on the outbound or internal mime format
• Based on content or other properties, automatically determine which disclaimer or signature to append to a outbound message
• Design and edit signatures and disclaimers through a WYSIWYG editor

SecurExchange AutoContent Perimeter Edition is a cost effective server based pricing model for outbound email disclaimers, signatures, and corporate branding. While the Corporate Edition, extends the Perimeter Edition functionality to internal mail flow, enabling a common corporate message to all Exchange users.
