How do I disable Banners (Signatures, Disclaimers, etc) on internal messages?

The Corporate Edition of Nemx SecurExchange by nature scans both internal and external messages. The Auto Content component as a result will be invoked on internal messages as well. To disable the Auto Content component from adding banners to internal messages (Exchange Server only) you must add an exclusion for your local domain(s).

Define a Signature Maker Exclusion:

Click Exclude on the Banners configuration tab
Click Add

In the Email Address field, type your local domain

*@nemx.com

Enable this exclusion by clicking Active
Click Ok

Add any additional subdomain your wish to exclude

Click Apply
