Secure Email with Policy Driven SMIME for Exchange Server

The Secure Email Smart Action Trigger™ will automatically digitally sign and/or encrypt mail that meet predefined event or message and attachment content policy conditions (outgoing or internal messages). Secure Email uses the S/Mime and X.509 Certificate standard and is completely transparent to the user, thus ensuring compliance to corporate or regulated policies.

Nemx SecurExchange S/MIME provides:

  • "On demand" encryption and /or digital signing that is transparent to the sender.
    • Encrypt and/or digitally sign based on message or attachment content, attachment names, sender, recipients or recipient's domain
