Attachment Filtering

Content Manager uses attachment filtering to filter internal or inbound/outbound Internet email based on the specific name or type of file attachment, including:

  • Predetermined Rule Sets for potentially harmful attachments
  • Regular Expression pattern matching using wild cards such as *.jpg
  • Internet and Intranet monitoring of message attachments to enforce corporate policies both internally and externally
  • Group-based inclusion or exclusion from rules
