Real-time and After the Fact Mailbox Searching

Real-time Content Control for Exchange Server

SecurExchange automatically scans all messages in realtime to detect and prevent compliancy, acceptable use policy (AUP), or other content violations BEFORE they can occur. SecurExchange can monitor and control all Exchange Server message traffic including internal mailbox to mailbox traffic for total 100% message coverage.

Messages are processed in real time by SecurExchange's Intelligent Content Analysis (ICA) component allowing far greater detection rates than simple keyword or keyphrase detection mechanisms. Detected messages are then passed to the Smart Action Trigger technology allowing you to block, quarantine, archive, reroute, encrypt, copy, and/or perform many other unique operations on the message.

Mailbox Search and Discovery

If you need to identify any correspondence concerning a certain topic in response to a legal, financial or other action weeks or even months after they occur, the system administrator can quickly create a customized concept or content query, use an existing corporate concept policy or Nemx provided templates and use SecurExchange's unique after-the-fact concept scanning to search Exchange Server's private mailbox store and public folder store for all e-mails of interest.

When messages are encountered in user's mailboxes that meet the search criteria, any number of Smart Action Triggers can be invoked on the message. Smart Action Triggers for instance can copy the message to the Security Officer, archive the message to a SQL database, move the message to a public folder, or completely delete the message from the employee's or contractor's mailbox. It's also a great tool to help clean up after a virus outbreak, and you can even set the scan to run during off-hours, maximizing productivity.
