Intelligent Content Analysis (ICA)
Intelligent Content Analysis (ICA) is a highly advanced set of analysis techniques that enable many of SecurExchange's powerful content monitoring and management capabilities. By intelligently analyzing the content within or attached to an e-mail, ICA allows you to automatically trap any e-mail with content you've deemed inappropriate - whether it is entering, leaving or circulating within your Exchange Server organization.
Using ICA, SecurExchange lets you:
- Monitor all e-mail content in accordance with predefined concepts, rather than simply looking for key words or phrases that can be easily camouflaged
- Selectively archive messages by user, user group or based on message content

Smart Action Triggers™ (SAT)
Another SecurExchange innovation, Smart Action Triggers™ (SAT) automatically take any number of actions with e-mail that is caught through SecurExchange's Intelligent Content Analysis. Any number of SAT's can be defined and set as defaults to various filter definitions, and Smart Actions can act upon any message travelling through your Exchange Server, whether its inbound, outbound, or destined for a private mailbox, or public folder. A SAT can automatically initiate a single or multiple "smart action" with any e-mails that are filtered based on the rules or conditions you've defined, including:
- Archive messages and attachments in an MS SQL server or other ODBC compliant database
- Delete or quarantine the message
- Forward the message to another user(s) or public folder
- Remove any or all attachments
- Categorize the message according to your Outlook or local workstation rules and processes
- Append a disclaimer or other text to the message
- Send a reply message to the sender
- Send a copy or alert your staff to potential security breaches, insider threats or exposure to liability
- Add an entry to your e-mail audit log
- Automatically white list friendly domains and safe senders depending on the Spam Confidence Level (SCL)
